Day 4 Christmas Day
I really Love this fella and love being in beautiful CO with him!
I decided to take a few photos on the mountain....Then I spotted the moon! So beautiful!
The tiny acorns are so dainty and soft here! I wish I had an entire wreath of them!
We went ahead and sent Madelyn and Murphy to ski school on Christmas Day. I'm so happy we did because they had more one on one with the teachers. They learned SO much!
After ski school a few chefs walk around handing out freshly baked cookies! It's what the kids look forward to at the end of their ski school!
That night we went to a resturant called the 8100 inside the Hyatt Hotel. IT was wonderful!
All dressed up and ready to go! I love our family photo!
Then our silly family photo! Madelyns is by far THE BEST!

Day 3 Christmas Eve
This is what a typical breakfast morning looked like in CO. Lots of hungry kids! On Christmas Eve we decided to let the kidos take a day off from Ski School.
Little Brooks always eats a ton for breakfast. He knows how to start his day correctly!
I had to take a few picture of the cutest booty!! I love his drop seat pj's with his name on them!!
They are really warm too! They just make you want to grab his little bottom... right?!!!
After breakfast all the kids came up to our bedroom and watched sesame Street then we played "Sleeping Bear!" They squealed and screamed when the sleeping mama bear awoke (ahem...me)!
We got lots of laughs!
After that we suited up and went outside to play!
Making very deep snow angels!
Sheer Bliss i tell ya!
Walking through the snow for the kids was pretty funny to watch. It was knee high for most of them!
This sweet little man loved every minute of throwing snow at others but as soon as someone threw it at him....not so happy!
The hill behind the house was very step!
In fact in the picture below you can see the house we were staying in.
That Milly did not want to wear her gloves at all...
In the background you can see the huge snow storm coming in!! It was crazy to watch it rolling in!
Cousin LOVE!
The kids LOVED every minute of throwing snow at their daddy!
This is not the type of snow to build snow balls or even a snowman out of...
It's not wet at all...its too cold.
The kids had fun on our "sled". Its really just one of the guys snow boards. but I must say....it worked perfectly!
Snuggle time with daddy and the boys. I love having these three boys in my life!!
I am BLESSED!!
After nap time we went down to the village. They were about to have a winter parade. Such fun for the kids!! Each child was given a small instrument (noisemaker) to play! Then we walked through the village and periodically stop to wiggle and say "shoobeedoobee!" (As if your cold)
smiling photo
Silly photo!
Our little family of FIVE!!
This little man is such a ham!! Hims a sweet Brooksie Bear Cub!
And of course with it being Christmas Eve Santa was also in the village!! The first thing he asked the kids is "What do you want for Christmas?"....Madelyns response...
"You already brought me baby Shirley!" Oops!! Mommy should have said something before the kids got up there!!! Santa recovered really well though!
I adore this little photo!! Look at Brooks looking up at Santa! No one ever cried this year though! Makes mama SO very Happy!
Then we went the Hilton for their amazing homemade smores! YES, even their marshmallows are homemade! We make it a priority to come to this spot every time we come back to BC! Silly little Madelyn was laughing at the fact that she burnt hers!
yummy yummy!
Funny Family Picture!!! I love it though!!
That night we were on our own for food. Shane and I chose to go to one of our favorite places...
The Dusty Boot! So many yummy foods! Our favorite was the award winning Pork Green Chilli. A-MAZ-ING!
Brooks loved the Parmesan Truffle Fries. yep...they are so wonderful as they sound!!
MOUTH watering!
We got home, took a bath and dressed in our Christmas PJ's!!
Madelyn thought she would go check out the fireplace for signs of Santa!
After that they asked Joe Joe to read a few books before bed. He was of course happy to oblige.
Very busy but very fun day!
