Beebs and Payton came by to visit and finally meet Brooks! While cuddling with Brooks Sarabeth got teeteed on....So sorry Beebs but I guess he "marked" you as his aunt!

Madelyn and Murphy were So super excited to see Beebs and Payton!! They were acting WILD~!

While at our house Sarabeth had a surprise for Madelyn!!! She had written the sweetest note and asked Madelyn if she would be a flower girl in their wedding!! Madelyn literally squealed in excitement!!

I LOVE the picture above!! I mean seriously so excited!!!

Happy Valentine Day aka (Brooks Due Date!)

Valentines day

Addy and Milly came to visit us today and brought by s few Valentines Goodies!

Nana is here with us this week to help us with Brooks! 

We can't thank you enough Nana!! We LOVE you!

4 day old Doctor visit

2 days after you leave the hospital the pediatrician ask that you take your baby in to make sure everything is going well. Mainly to get a weight. 

When Brooks left the hospital he had lost down to 8 lbs 9 oz.

He still weighed the exact same amount at the doc visit. Dr. Godfrey said he looked great though!

Brooks first sponge bath

My mother has given all of her grandchildren their first sponge bath at home. So I was happy when she was able to do it for Brooks too! He was not so happy...

 Poor baby screamed the entire time! "Bless him wittle heart"!

After his bath he nursed and settled down and went right to sleep. 

It's hard work being a baby!

Madelyn and Murphy came back home today from staying at Nino and JoeJoes house for several nights. I must say...It feels good to have all my chicks back in their nest:-)

Day 2 in the hospital and a visit with cousins

 Shane wanted to get some photos while in the hospital. I think they turned out Beautiful!

Our very first family of FIVE picture!!

Joe Joe and Nino brought Madelyn and Murphy to come meet their new baby brother! They were both so super excited! Madelyn naturally was asking thousands of questions about Brooks and Murphy was running his Thomas the train on every surface.

It was so sweet to see their eyes light up with every squeak that Brooks made! 

Madelyn wanted to sing Happy Birthday to Brooks! So So SWEET!

 Madelyn and Murphy brought Brooks a Blabla doll. It's a precious lamb. Little did they know that Brooks had them a goodie too! 

 Boy were they excited!!!Madelyn got a cat Blabla and Murphy got a fox!

 Sweet sweet moments in that room. Ones Shane and I will never forget! God has truly blessed our little family and we are forever GRATEFUL!
