This is our very favorite thing to do when it starts to get cooler outside at the end of the day. We sing songs, pretend our hammock is a ship, watch bugs from above, or whatever our imaginations take us! Lots and lots sweet memories are made here!

Floor Probs....

We got back from the beach on Saturday. On the long drive back Shane and I were making a list of to-do's for our home....one of which was to see why our floor was starting to buckle in the kitchen over the past year. I thought in my mind that it had to be the glue that the Home Depot guys used to put the linoleum down was not working and started pulling up.... boy was I wrong. It was water damage.... In fact under the linoleum everything was solid black MOLD!!! (Hello ALLERGIES!) Just 5 months age I had dad and Shane crawl under our house to check it out just to make sure it wasn't water...It was dry as a bone!!

 

So hear we are having to live with Nino and Joe Joe until we can head back to our house. 

They are so gracious to have us there.

 While close to destin we met up with Shane's dear friend, Matt Mims and his little family. We always have the best time with them and have the hardest time saying good bye.

  

The next three photos were taken on the way back up to TN. Shane had taken the two big kids into dairy queen to grab ice cream. Shane realized that Murphy didnt have on shoes. so of course he had to carry him everywhere inside. Well I was nursing Brooks in the car while I waited on them... Walking out Shane had Murphy hanging around his neck while holding a ton of ice cream!....now THAT is a loving daddy!!!! All the while I was laughing my head off!!!(and taking pictures! HA!)
