Nat is doing well. She is still 70% effaced, but at 6cm now so things are moving in the right direction.

She got Dilaudid to take the edge off and that has helped her a lot. She has decided against an epidural with this baby so she is experiencing a lot more than she did with Madelyn and Murphy, but she's managing it well.

She says she goes to "her happy place" and it seems to work well.

I am so proud of her. I know that this pregnancy hasn't been easy on her, but the end result will be well worth it.
