(She loves wearing my shoes)At 17 months, words to describe Madelyn are silly, messy, mischievous, and TALKATIVE! Her little personality is really starting to come through! Her favorite songs are "He's got the whole Word", and "Itzy Bitsy Spider". She hates having her hair brushed, and her teeth brushed. She LOVES shoes, Elmo,being outside, Miles (our cat) Elsie (our dog)and her daddy (whom she goes around the house looking and calling for every morning)! "Da Da??" This past month she has really started talking..she says "Joe Joe"..which sounds more like "doedoe" and miles or "mys". She also says juice "duce".
I walked into my den where Madelyn had climbed onto the side table. She was grabbing handfuls of dirt from my plant and placing it on the couch..(there is no need to decorate your house when your toddler will do it for you!)
funny gal!! She was saying "tickle, tickle" while touching Elsie's feet(Elsie, by the way, is NOT allowed on our couch, I walked in on this moment!)
getting into her dada cds and making them all nice and slobbery! 
climbing on EVERYTHING!
Little Miss independent, putting her clothes on and would squeal at me if I helped!
